Platform Role

Application Reviewer

Application Reviewers work in a project environment where spatial screening has already assembled the context. Instead of discovering constraints through sequential review, they begin with a structured picture of the project — and use it to coordinate, document, and track the full review.

Role responsibilities

Review with context assembled at intake.

The Application Reviewer role covers the full scope of interdisciplinary review — from understanding what a project involves to coordinating what needs to happen and documenting how decisions were made.

01

Review assembled project context

Open a project and immediately see the structured findings produced by spatial screening — land status, existing rights, resource considerations, and regulatory triggers — organized for review.

02

Understand constraints and dependencies

Identify which findings require further action, which disciplines need to be engaged, and which consultations or studies have been triggered by the project location.

03

Coordinate the interdisciplinary review

Work across Lands and Realty and Resources within a shared project record that ensures everyone is reviewing the same context and working from the same understanding of the project.

04

Track requirements and coordination status

Monitor the status of concurrences, consultations, and required studies as the review progresses, with all tracking anchored to the project record.

05

Document review decisions

Capture review findings, decisions, and coordination outcomes in the project environment, building a traceable and defensible record of the review process.
